This forum is an appology, a warrning appeal, and a request.

I will start out with apologizing for any sort of harm I’ve done to anyone in the past, mentally or physically.I am a human being just like anyone, and we all do mistakes. Before I went into business, my goal was to get the highest PVP streak on the server,higher then the one JavaInvader is sitting at right now. As I started pressuring my dream, more innocent people died, I started looking for any cause to go to war with someone so I have a reason to kill them; however, the more I killed and raided people, the more hate-rid I got. From there on, I decided to dedicate myself on making and selling stuff to people, at first all I wanted to be was the richest man on the server, but after reaching that goal I had a bigger goal, which was getting to 1,000,000 pounds or other words One Million pounds and get the title of “Millionaire”. It is really hard selling all the products that you have to offer without even having a shop. So since I am really good at PVP, I said to myself why don’t you just make alliance to the people that always buy god armor from you and when they need help u can help them, unless they need help against someone who has bought stuff from you as well, and in that case I would just try to fix things between them. The more I started selling, the more people that wanted to buy stuff from me to make alliance. However on the other hand, I never forced a single person to buy my products or else I go to war with them.

 

Secondly, I would like to talk about why I do not believe I deserve the two warnings I have received. There was two reasons why I received the first warring which was about “bullying”; moreover, the main reason was that I threatened KidKeats which has terrified him, and the second reason was that other people have complained about me bullying them. Long story short, KidKeats is my son in role play and I fixed things with him right after I ruined them and he was all good and he is in fact in my crew; moreover, I never planned for this to go over board, but it just did and I knew exactly how to fix it, but the mods decided that I was bullying KidKeats and other people and I deserved a warring. Second warring I have received was also for two reasons, the main one was for “harassing QueenRep” or other words “bullying”, and the second reason was that I “threatened” CrazyPirate to give me all his money, or else I would go to war with him. I never asked QueenRep for money directly, QueenRep and I talked about 5 weeks ago and he was spazing out about how HardTimez is such a pain in the ass and that he wants to buy god  armor and god apples from me so he can fight HardTimez, and I agreed with him and we planned out a whole big deal between him and I. After two weeks have passed, I asked QueenRep, what happened to the deal, and he gave me a different excuse every week and I didn’t really bother to care about it too much because I don’t really need to do the deal with him anyway I’m better off selling 1 god armor at a time then 10 at the same time. You might be wondering, why did u raid QueenRep now not 4 weeks ago when he started lying to you, well it was never in my intention to raid him and I even have his stuff in different chests chests so I can give it back to him once he becomes honest with me. And for CrazyPirate, I never asked this man to give me money or else I would go to war with him, I simply been in war with the British Empire for a long time now, even when I used to want to beat JavaInvader’s PVP streak I was enemies with the British Empire. It all started with a simple question from CrazyPirate himself, “KingKarim what does it take for the British empire to become  neutral with you” I replied back to him “If all your crew buys the cheap products I have to offer, all purchases adding up to 10,000 pounds I will no longer be at war with you“, he simply replied back “that sounds great I will advertise you in my crew so people can buy your stuff” Don’t you find it rather suspicious that CrazyPirate is complaining about me now when I received two warnings? I find it suspicious too infarct what I believe he was doing was trying do was get rid of me by accusing me of false things hoping maybe it’s enough to ban me from the server (other words, he can’t handle me and wants to get rid of me in anyway even if it meant lying and making false accusations).

I shouldn’t have gotten the warnings because:

1) I am friends with KidKeats and we were just goofing around.

2) I am still friends with QueenRep, him and I have had our ups and downs but we always result to a peaceful solution at the end.

3) CrazyPirate is a big liar and I never demanded money or war, I was always at war with the British Empire. I told the man that I can supply him for the war against the 0utlaws and I can supply his men with cheap god armor and weaponary, and if they buy enough stuff to reach the 10k I will become Neutral and not continue being at war with them. But here’s what I think CrazyPirate wanted to do, he wanted me to get banned so he doesn’t have to deal with me constantly being at war with his Empire, but that’s very low and I never thought CrazyPirate would do such a thing, he was the last person I’d expect to do that.

4) I haven’t talked to CrazyPirate in about two weeks, so even if what I wanted from him was considered bullying it should have counted in the first warning, not the

second.

5) If all this “bullying” that I have caused is worth a warring it was definitely worth a ban request and none of the following “victims” have made a ban request. Which proves my theory that those people know that I was goofing around.

6) KidKeats and QueenRep never meant to get me introuble, and they both can confirm that once they read this forum post.

 

Third of all, is my request. I request for all the warnings that players are given to be based on a ban request or anything on the forums so that mods can’t assume this person got bullied, because in QueenRep’s case he looked like he was the victum of constant bullying, but when I skyped him he was spazing out telling me that he had no idea I would get in-trouble for that, so if QueenRep himself doesn’t want me to get in-trouble for what I did to him why should I be in trouble? Or in other words, I believe that people who do get harassed bullied or spawn killed or even black mailed should make a forum post requesting for the person who has done any harm to them to be given a warning, not simply mods giving warnings because they thought that the person was harmed by all the “bullying” again in both QueenRep and KidKeats’s situations bullying was not intended in any way forum or shape.

 

And lastly, I would like to apologize to anyone who has been harmed by me mentally, and if you believe that I’ve harmed you in anyway, please comment down below because I would like to see if I actually emotionally harm you guys when I threaten you in a freaking video game, and if I do I will stop talking to any of the individuals who believe that I harass them. Also for any of you willing to contribute any of the positive work I have done on the server I would greatly appreciate it, I’ve helped out many new people in many different ways.

 

I hope all of my fellow pirates read this forum slowly and clearly and reply if they have anything negative or positive to say. Also I do believe I go overboard sometimes but I literally fix them a few minutes later if not right at the moment, and if the mods do believe that I should have a warning anyway, I just wish that the other would be removed so that I only have one warning. I don’t want to live under the impression that I only have one warning left and I could get it for simply just goofing around with a friend.

Karim is right, the warning should be decided on the victim. That way the victim has something to say.

 

Even though Karim blackmailed me once, I still believe he is a good person. I say that his request should be accepted.

 

Karim is a nice person when he isn’t kill/money hungry. I say give him and his victims a chance to take away her warnings.

 

But thats what I think.

Player- you have been plenty rude before Karim, but we have also gotten along as well.

Staff- the decisions that have been made where “staff decisions” not just one staff member. And “victims” have complained and sent evidence.

@Smokey I say “victims” because if they really were hurt by any of my actions, there’s a server website for a reason; moreover, I want to be able to see who I hurt and their evidence. I would feel comfortable if I see the victims and the evidence, to at-least get a chance to defend myself.

Also, I would like to add something to my main forum post.

I will no longer from this day forward sell any of my products in return for money and alliance, neither will I sell them for war or no war. From today on I am a new man, if what I was doing is considered “bullying” I can simply stop doing it.However, the Red Lotus Empire will remain enemies with the British Empire till further notice, and the relations between elves and Red Lotus are yet to be determined.

We have our ups and downs but I didn’t mean that you got a warning from it. Someone once told me past events don’t matter look to the future and your ok.

I say to you all that since the second warning is partly my fault I forgive Karim it’s ok not worth a warning I mean we all have done rough stuff one time in our life’s.

That is, I’m afraid, complete and utter rubbish, and if you wish to poin your failings on me, that is up to you. I wasn’t aware you got a warning, but the fact is, you said you were in a fighting mood, and after threatening to raid mark and callie, and then giving Kidkeats a hard time, you then decided to offer me a simple threat; I the BE didn’t buy £10,000 of your items, then you would go to war with us. I was actually tired as hell at the time, and simply said that I would “advertise your products”, and that is something I won’t deny. However, it was mainly to shut you up, and as you probably gathered, I haven’t done so.

Making a grand apology is one think, but when you do so, and pin the blame on others for your own mistakes, rather than facing up to them, it becomes rather shallow and meaningless. So, maybe when you stop lying, I will forgive you for attempting to hold the BE at ransom.

What is with people creating drama for no reason, Since you are fishing for either a fight or answers, let me clear some very basic things up.

First of all posting a post this size with with about 5% being actual facts and information is a complete waste of time for all staff, having to read through the crap to get to the information, and you have posted this in the wrong forum, please be considerate with postings on the website, we have rules here too, you cant just be posting rants anywhere you please.

1. I hate Drama, this is 110% drama, Read my points and don’t reply without reading them properly and taking a second to understand warnings from my viewpoint (Even though I didn’t set them, I fully agree why you in every way deserve more than a warning), Again do not dismiss what I am saying, I am spending the time to reply to you.
2. This is a Shared server, this is not a server that revolves around you, Rules are put in place to make sure longer playing players do not abuse the inherently poor design of multiplayer minecraft; You get to a point where you literally have everything and are unstoppable.
3. Staff act on reports, Im sure if you had an issue with a player and reported it to staff you would want them to do something about that player right? That player is YOU. “but the mods decided that I was bullying KidKeats and other people and I deserved a warring“. Yes, a WARNING, This post is infuriating, you are bullying players, as you are getting reported continually for bully and exploiting /back in your bullying AND you are blackmailing players to send you money. Leave that bit out did you?
4. Your entire defense is based on these specific players, See what you don’t know is that these were not the only people to report you using foul tactics. Which makes your “request” completely invalid, you just want all reports to be out in the open so you can punish the player(s) for reporting you. No. players need to be able to trust in staff and stay hidden, you have been watched, tracked and reported.
5. This post is ridiculous, why you have included 99.9% of all the rubbish you talk about… you could delete nearly everything and replace it with 15 bullet points, This is horrible to read.

I don’t think you understand what the word bullying means, let me paste you in a definition.

use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force them to do something.

You were warned, yes you were warned as you are:

• Constantly bullying/blackmailing players into giving you money “Im watching your balance” seems to be in your vocabulary a lot, Threatening players with looting/death tactics to steal from them is bullying, read the definition again.
• Abusing /back in your PVP bullying activities to add on to this.

I could add on to this but this post is already getting too big, if anything you have been under-punished; This post of yours has only brought you into my cross-hairs, so you are now on thin ice.

If I may just put my opinion in…this whole “bullying” thing (blackmailing players and etc.)…doesn’t that just kinda go with the territory of playing in a server named after a kind of criminal? I personally think this whole blackmailing thing (one player threatening another to do something otherwise something bad will happen) is merely a part of the role the server is named after. Pirates are thieves/murderers/criminals and unless the player is actually being racist or somehow putting another player down emotionally, then what exactly is wrong?

 

In my honest opinion, blackmailing a player into doing something or not doing something, is just being realistic with the role the admins have given most players. The server is named after a criminal…I’ve never heard of a nice pirate that follows the “law”. Blackmail should be treated as part of the game and should not be against the rules.

To an extent, or every now and then, if that’s all you do then it just makes you an asshole. KingKarim is sitting at the richest player on the server with an insane £210,012.00 http://stats.piratemc.com/top-players He has said in his post that he does not own a shop, not only that but a few months ago I got reports of KingKarim blackmailing new players that just joined the server.

How in any way shape or form is that part of the role of the server? Balance needs to be restored, and KingKarim started this thread himself over a few petty warnings, Looks like hes dug himself a hole with this one.

Karim, you can return to the game and be nice and it’ll make some players happy 😀 of course just kill less harmless noobs that are deckhands and are trying to get homes, because killing deckhands makes less new players, so all the OP players get more OP and all the noobs are getting attacked 😕 But most will forgive you if you harm less players 😄

@GodsDead I have never abused /back to bully people, in fact I’ve never taken any physical actions against many either. Also I would like to add on that I am against killing new players myself, for I have been bullied and harassed as a new player by JavaInvader.

I will not argue this any further for you have convinced me to why those people haven’t reported me, and why I deserve two warnings.

I apologize if I had caused terror in anyone’s heart, and from this day forward you will all see a new KingKarim.

One last statement, I would like to agree to what @Elexandre have said about black mailing being apart of the game; however, I will continue following good behavior till further notice about why or why not should black mailing be apart of the server.
