The Elven Empire now has two domains, the high Elven empires and the Elven empire (woodland elves)

The Elven Empire whole (Consisting of both high and wold elves ) are United as alway. The decisions will come from the High Council that are ruled by any elf willing to join it, and the Elven Elders and Lords.

Any actions of war on either one is war for us all. We are United as one, terms of alliance with either side is made in the Elven Embassy as always.

I Reptaria no longer hold power as one over the entire empire as I split it with Xadiez.
