The Elven Empire Government has a statement you all should know of.

We did not vanish and fade away. Our Government knew we had much pressure on our nation and that we had a corrupt way of living. I had no other options on what to do but one of the Elven lords suggested we “Kill the Elves” then resurrect it to get out of the pressure of the Elven Officials and community.

So it took about 2 weeks to get high elven leaders to agree with the plan and when we got the Ok we went with it. The Elven Empire is now back in the Modern Day Pirate. We are back and plan to grow and get stronger than we were.

We the Elven Empire were built off of the free elves of the southern lands and eastern kingdoms and haven’t fallen for we bring nothing but light and prosperity to other lands and ours as well. We wish nothing but world order and wish nothing but Peace but when a time of war will come we will fight.

I myself Queen Reptaria knows to myself that I have done wrong to people and I myself feel as if I contributed to the corruption. For anyone and everyone I ask for forgiveness. I have been introduced into a new era of the Elves The Progressive

Section 1.5
-Killing- Kill a citizen of the empire will result in a felony. The first time a citizen kills a civilian on purpose will result in you having a trial in front of the Elven council, where it will be talked upon. If council feels your not fit to be in the empire you will be kicked for your crimes or, a death sentence.  If the trial turns out to be on accident and not to cause any true harm, the trial will be dismissed.

Section_3.5
-Civil Matters- Guards are mainly a defense force for the elves, and if you join the armed forces, you must remain with them for at least one week. This is to ensure the protection, and safety of the empire. If there is a murder, someone is recommended to call the guards, or file a report on the empire page. If failed to do so, or they waited a week after the crime was committed to report it, you can still report it but it will not be considered high-priority.

Immigration- By the laws set by the Elven Lords, any citizen from another nations hiding, or immigrating illegally in our borders will be found, and brought into Elven Custody. If another nation’s army marches into Elven territory to get their citizen it will be considered as an act of The Elven Government will talk to the other nation before acting in militant retaliation. Other nations are ALLOWED to purchase 64 Elven Passports. If the citizen is carrying an Elven Passport, the Empire will not bother the immigrant.

Treatys:

Abolishment Treaty- Formally made with the British Empire now it is a standard for all nation allied to us is that keeping any criminal in your own domain if they did a crime in the Elven empire will need to be turned over to Elven authority’s.

I did not expect the plan to go so swiftly but being partly raided by Java but I had to continue the plan now as it worked this is the announcement we are back.
