Yes, there really is no need to apologise. This is down to no negligence on your part, and you have always done the best for the server. Also, I was online at the time and subsequently lost my balance and sethomes. I would assume you will just set my balance back to what it was an hour or so before the event, but since I do not know much about how this works I will telll you, on the off chance that you need to know, that my balance was roughly £1500.

I was not online at all yesterday, and came back today to find that both of my homes, and my balance were reset to default. This is kinda a big issue for me because one of my homes was set at my blaze grinder… which i do not have the coordinates to. If i find out that anything else is reset i will update this post.
