Hello everyone, I’m here to see what yall have to say on this. This is a question/survey I’m doing. Please no staff reply on here.

From the get go what information about that server that wasn’t mentioned in bible, cove, or on the ship would you like to see to help new players understand the server more? From how certain things work to even small thinks that do make a big difference?

I think something that would help would be the idea of warp south, east, west and north I feel as if that is not really pointed out enough to new players

Hmmm that is true, could put a sign saying use these warps to start your journey.

One of the things I think that needs to be pointed out to new players is that ships are more of a luxury and that they should start off with building their bases. So many new people come onto the server trying to build a ship first, and as a result, they killed and lose their stuff because they’re not making a base first.

should also point out that you need to earn the privileges to build ships by ranking up. so many newbies join, wanna build a ship right off the bat, then find out that they cant even sail the ship they tried to build. half the time those players just leave, leaving their claims to rot and take up space and clutter the map. and like elex said, they don’t try to build a base first, so they get killed, lose their things, cry about it, then leave.

Tell them to build a stone brick box or instruct them how to build a proper base and making how you rank up / use ships extremely easy to see and read

hey keep the ideas coming the more yall put the more I can give to gods and them. We want to keep the server alive this is how we retain players.

What if we changed the whole server. There is no Pirate in this Craft and I think we would get more players if all this was was just modded survival.

But I definely think in the bible or on the ship we could add a part of don’t make a aship off bat make a base. And have some items used to protect their base like a list of hard blocks, where to put some needed building requirements like doors don’t make out of wood use iron and buttons, levers, etc, and id say off bat have message saying this is a Hard Survival PvP server, Other Players will Try to Kill you and take your Loot.

Maybe at the spawn, we could explain that the GodsDead bible is not about religion at the start XD

What are you talking about? I’ve attacked ships on the ocean/coastlines as well as settlements on the coastlines before. Piracy does exist on this server. Just a few weeks ago fellow CoV members stole a ship that was already being stolen by Charlee417 (Is that how you spell his name? I’m a bit tired at the moment.) and I helped get it back to Evermoor.
