Server went offline again unknown cause

So yeah it’s gone down here’s what happened
The server froze we had about 30 seconds where we couldnt move and we said ”I cant craft” blabla
I suggested we relogged then the chat stopped
then the server went offline

Can confirm, livemap cannot update, website says server offline, we had about 7-8 players, dropped blocks couldn’t be picked up, I got lagged out,
Error message:

Internal Exception: Io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

came back online for 2 seconds at 18:52, the site said it was on and map was working
but no one logged in,

Occasionally, the server will say it is running again, and allows me to begin logging in. It seems to work until it times out, and then the servers claims to be pinging again.

It allows me to download the terrain now and then, but times out soon afterwards
