The Soviet Union (U.S.S.R.) is recruiting new members. In order to join, you must fill out an application that answers the following questions:

1. What is your in game name and rank?

2. How long have you been on this server?

3. Do you have Skype?

4. What crews, if any, have you previously been apart of?

5. Why do you want to join the Soviet Union?

I’ve found that having a crew member’s Skype is the best way to ensure loyalty. That being said, barely anyone has Skype these days.
