So. after some re-evaluation of the town I have decided to rent out my old brewery/tavern. The success of the building has been moderate, as the sign shop doesn’t do well with the alcohol mod, so an automation of selling delicious brews are not as easy as it would seem. Also the building has mostly been serving as my own personal brewery, but since recently, I no longer need this building as the brewery has been moved out, I am therefore happy to announce the possibility of a new flagship store in Port Hope.

The location of the shop is as good as it gets, since its located no more than 8 or so blocks from the /warp trade spawn point.

The old building can be kept, but i am open to suggestions if someone wants to tear it down to build a better looking building.

Ok, so who am I looking for?

Now its no secret, I want to invite a merchant who is willing to establish a GOOD shop, this plot WILL ensure many customers.

I want:

1. Someone who has a good understanding of the prices of the server.

2. Someone who is financially capable of setting up a fairly big shop. (1000£ balance)

3. Is willing to not only sell items, but also buy items and have a good balance between the two.

4. An active player.

If you think you fit these criteria, you can send a PRIVATE message to me, explaining what your plans are for the shop, what will you sell and how will you price the items. I am not saying that you have to have a specific plan to present to me, just ideas so I can get a feeling about what you want to do with the shop, and of course the plans can change at a later state.
I will also not be monitoring the shop after the set-up stage is completed, I just want to ensure this shop is successful, and that means I will also try to guide you as you ready your shop, give advise and so on. It is more of a service, so if you are chosen by me, I will do my best to help you succeed. but you have to do the leg work of course.
