actual working sail’s ill explain bellow

you make a sail and the with a golden pick you rightclick he wool you whant to disapear you place a lever inthe block conected to the wood (the mast) when you pull the lever the wool blocks that you rightclickd with the golden sword will turn in to air blocks .pull it again a the blocks turn in to wool.
is this possible
