Overview Description of Report
Basically, I ignored this player because I thought of them as very annoying. However, he is now an ally, and has found out he can use ally chat to talk directly to me, and bypassing the ignore.

Detailed Information
Many times he’s done this, and I’ve told him what he’s been doing, and he claims various things, such as “I like the color green, and the chat here is green,” “I’m talking to my allies” (He was talking to nobody else at the time). Although I was sort of talking to him, I was mostly asking him to stop talking to me. It’s alright if he uses the ally chat, I don’t mind it, but he clearly uses it to talk to me, since he can’t talk in global chat because I ignored him.
