Unban Appeal

Hello.
Before even starting, I ask of you that you take the time to read and take into consideration the entire length of my post.
Taking this into account, we can we may now commence the appeal
Yes, it is true that i have been banned on my account ‘Frixix’ for x-raying, and I very well understand that this behaviour is absolutely unjustified and unspeakable and potentially detrimental to the  I believe there are causes to this; and yes, causes and not explanations, because cheating stays and will always remain the wrong and immoral option.
Several times I have lost considerable amounts of resources (for myself at the time) and killed multiple times by hackers. And until that day, never have I cheated, never left the straight path and opted for the wrong solution. But the day I lost that certain amount of resources, my friend, louslous wasn’t online. And so I lost hope and committed the unrepairable. I cheated, and I now regret that decision.
However, I did not cheat a lot. And with the solid amount of moderation on the server, I was banned after mining just 2 stacks of stone.
And now, you may be asking
‘And he really hopes to be unbanned, eh?’
And yes, this question is absolutely legitimate and I will answer it.
To be quite frank, no. It’s without hope. But maybe, and I repeat, maybe there is a hope, as tiny as it may be.
And again, the real question is.
‘Do you wish for a server without cheaters probably too dumb that the majority don’t know how to use it?’
Or, do you wish for a server where there are former hackers, people who’ve committed but who regret their acts and who know the amount of work put in by staff.
I have already tried to get around my ban. Maybe because I know the previous method is without hope.

An aggravating situation?
Yes. For sure. But in another way it demonstrates my attachment to PirateMC; I have no will to lose such an amazing server.

If I have to be punished, so be it. I am ready. But I beg you, please no definitive ban. I believe that everybody should be able to have a true second chance.
