more quartermaster perks

Currently the quartermaster is only worth to get for its rankup kit and it shows that you spent alot of time to the server so i was thinking of a few changes for it

i think that quartermaster should get a 1 decreased teleport time or 2 the /back command this would help make it worth to get

i also think that it should get an extra home or 2 as youve placed so many blocks to get it you should probably have more than 1 base or spawner

theirs some other changes that could happen with it too but currently i think this would be enough

if you dont like this though please instead of putting bad idea or something similar leave a suggestion to help make this rank better instead

I don’t know but I think quartermaster should really be able to pilot a 5000 block ship since they have grinded and really worked hard for it
