Hi guys, recently we have been having an issue with animals and villagers going missing.
Whilst we understand this is frustrating, consider this.
Its actually quite realistic, like a plague!
As staff, we have lists upon lists of things to do, we are constantly bombarded with private messages, in game messages, forum messages and map talkers, trying to uphold, a single conversation is difficult, let alone when its amplified by frustration and misunderstanding.
Addressing staff via the forum is the easiest way to have an issue seen to, it means its there for us to see, and not lost upon pages of other peoples converstaion, and its logged, so much more detail can be put in to get better help.
Please dont talk to staff like they owe you anything, if you paid for something and it died, that is bad luck, we will try and help but this is only a game. No staff member takes a wage from this and in turn shouldnt be treated like they do!
use common sense, if you see staff having a converstaion with another player, butting in either in chat or with a private message will just see you put to bottom of the importance list due to being rude.
We are mature staff, we expect to be treated maturely too.
with regards to lost animals,
I will personally endeavour to try and rectify this, this is the place for you to make note of your loss, and the only place to do so.

Named animals, will not be renamed for you.
I will only be replacing:
Villagers, cows, sheep and pigs.
Not Rabbits,squid, chickens, cats or dogs.
If eggs were purchased I will respawn what was lost
Please again, understand as much as we want you enjoy the game, it is not be all and end all of the game if you have to replace a few animals, in fact its quite cool. we have ships, create a ship go and travel and round up animals. its fun!
Also on a further note, any attitude will be ungratefully recieved and will most certainly find you greeted with a copy of the /rules and you will be told to read rule 4!
