Hey dude i am sure i am not breaking rules. I never shown hostility towards you(except trying to protect my base during your raid). Never have I attacked you on your island and I don’t ever intend to. I was a quite upset when I was robbed clean but have since got over it. I want to say that after carefully reading the rules they say you cant use sethome to spawn kill. it never says I cant claim land next to someone and build a base. I also offered to move farther away but he said he didn’t care if i did. I would like to live on the island and no rules are stopping me from doing so. I have screen shots of are conversation that i can post if necessary. i would like to state also that i have never killed dpex 81 and he that I lie and that I have. (screen record of that too). I love this server and if the majority thinks that I am braking the rules i will stop as i don’t want to cheat in any way.

Here I offered to move. His reply was not caring if I moved he just didn’t want me on (his) island, Not really his unless claimed.

In the video Dpex was kind enough to provide, you quite clearly make a demand at 1:48 –

The fact you’re making that demand in a conversation about you claiming too close to their base basically says everything anyone needs to know. I’d also like to direct your attention to rule 5:

Claiming land can’t be used as a tool or weapon against someone else. Do not claim land to siege a player.

That you’re making demands suggests you’re using the claim as a weapon, which suggests you’re breaking rule 5. A more detailed set of rules is available at https://wiki.piratemc.com/Rules, and if you read rule 5 here, you are again breaking it.

My suggestion is voluntarily remove the sethome and claim, or else senior staff may have to take action if they deem it necessary.

@KoolKactus I swear to god, if you spam the forums any more im going to punish you just for not using the edit button, DO NOT repeatedly spam the forums over and over and over, There is a fucking edit button use it, dpex81 made this report on you as its a legit report, you have done 2 shitty things here:

1. You have made your home right next to their base for the purpose of being an annoying, So lets delete all your homes as I don’t have the patience to find out which one it is.
2. Dont make claims right next to peoples bases, I will allow you to remove this and delete the claim then this will be the end of it all, and everyone can go back to playing.
