so when i get unbanned will i be in the locker and also if i’m in the locker could i use paper weights on my key board and also what types of pvp r not allowed on the server

No you aren ot allowed to do that it will be bypassing afk, and can earn yourself another ban. Your second question i dont understand but i suggest you read our rules here: https://piratemc.com/information/rules/
