This all started with InsaneSeekShots trying to go to my island. I was build when I saw a name tag right below me in the water. I immediately tp to warp cove and ask him why he came over. He said he just wanted to say hi and does it on every server he plays on. I tell him that I knew he was trying pk me or siege me because if he wanted to say hi, he would have said something in chat instead of trying to sneak behind me while I was building. I tp back to base and he starts trying to swim back, I follow him on livemap and see that his base is on an island right next to mine. I tell him that if he didn’t leave I would break all the soft blocks on his base: dirt, sand, etc.
After, a player named dagersh comes in full dia armor and kills me. He was invis with only his dia armor showing and didnt show up on livemap (ik that invis pots hide you on livemap after he explained it to me). I warp to cove after getting a little bit of stuff back (had a full inv of pretty expensive building materials). I see him there as well and question him about how he didn’t show up on map. Then I accuse him of abusing /v (after he says he used invis pots) and using tp (although later I saw on livemap that he used tpa on insaneseeks and swam over to me). He then coincidentally turns visible right after I say that which makes it seem even more questionable. This makes me further believe that he abused /v and I tell him that I was recording what he just did (although I didn’t).
After I tp back to home and a few seconds later dagesh comes to my island invis potted, thankfully I see him as hes jumping on shore. I jump into the water and try to tp to cove but die from drowning :P, i spawn back home and dagesh decides not to kill me and I get my stuff. I ask him why he calls himself the “protector of noobs” when hes camping my base with full dia. He says something like why not (< prob wrong). I tell him that while hes here I can’t build, open chests, or do anything. Insaneseeks starts whispering me to annoy me, saying stuff like welcome to the neighborhood *********. He then says that a couple more times, and I threaten to /ignore him if he keeps whispering me. He tells me that he hasn’t hurt me or anything and that he didn’t care if I /ignored him…so I did.
After I start asking what commands mods have access to and what they are supposed to do on server. I ask if theyre allowed to tp, /v, etc. This anger dagersh and we start arguing-then I’m suddenly jailed. Another mod or admin JavaInvader or dagersh (idk) decides to jail me. I ask why and java accuses me for disrespecting staff. I tell him that I did not say anything that could be seen as harrassment or disrespect. Dagersh says in chat that I blackmailed him with a video, I then explain that I never blackmailed him, but filmed him for evidence in case he was using /v irresponsibly (although I said in this report before that he told me it was an invis pot). Java then says that I was just accusing dagersh of abusing his power, and that’s why I got jailed. Right before I had only asked what commands mods were able to do and what they were supposed to do on server, such as: taking care of spam in chat, etc. The accusations, made by me, before about him using /v irresponsibly were already cleared up 5-10 min ago after he told me it was an invis pot. They made a lot more claims which I showed were false and they started talking about other subjects. Sadly, I forgot to take screenshots and I know because of that this report will probably not go through. Although it happened on 7/4/2016 at around 9:10-9-30PM. Idk if you could check console to see chat or anything, but that would be all the proof I need to show that I was jailed without a valid reason.
