with 1.9, there have been a few changes to several redstone mechanics. you may have to look for a new farm design, as yours may have possibly broke due to the new 1.9 redstone mechs. ive already had to fix a couple of my doors, and account for extra lag in my timers. dig around on google and youtube for 1.9.2 spigot friendly redstone tutorials. make sure it is spigot friendly, since spigot and redstone don’t get along as well as in vanilla.
