EU or US Based server?

Im heading more towards a EU based server as I got lightning fast response last time we hosted in france, I know me Jon and SuperGL are based in the UK, but a lot of you are US & Scattered around the EU, what would be your preference? Did you all have solid connections before? Also what are your locations? If EU is more central it would make more sense.

I found a perfect host, Had a big live chat with one of their reps, But they only offered US hosts! Said they are planning EU servers by the end of the year, but would be another IP change, which we don’t want, was gutted.
They are by far the best and cheapest host, I might have to buy a months worth to test the server hosted in the US and bit the bullet when the EU ones come online.
If Bukkit are still going to take a month to release 1.7.2, this could work… but there is no timescale..
Screw it, Im jumping in, their support is amazing, they even have a forum on their website to talk to other customers, he even said he would give me a 25% off discount for the first month.
