I spent some time today making the #welcome channel on discord look half decent, I removed unnecessary channels, I re-organized most channels and re-named the categories, this should hopefully make more sense to group server specific channels together and then everything else off-topic is in its own group.

I also removed needing to be verified to use the channels, If we get more people spamming the discord with new accounts I will revert to verified only users again to keep the rest of the channels clean and only for verified accounts.

I completely nuked #marketplace as it was just rubbish in there no selling/buying.

Completely removed the Q&A section and all 4 channels, all that can be done in #help

All suggestions need to be posted on the forums, when I tried to read them today after not going into the channel for months it was impossible to find anything around the conversation.
