Created "Marketplace" Forum

After seeing people abandon their bases recently, I thought it may be a good idea to have a place where people could post out adverts for items/services/builds/land in-game on the forums.

So I have created a Marketplace forum! This is now under the “forum” main menu too.

The marketplace forum will be a place to Trade, Buy, Sell or Request; items, services, land, builds, ships.

You can offer things for free, request specific things or sell stuff you have excess of!

We will need a very specific format that everyone will need to follow for titles, I suggest something like this (please post if you can think of a better layout)

Titles & Tags

Requesting:

[request] 3 Sets of Diamond Armour

tag: request

Trade:

[trade] 32 blocks of sand for 64 blocks of dirt

tag: trade

Buy:

[buy] 1 stack of potatoes for £5

tag: buy

Sell:

[sell] 10 stacks of oak loads (640) for £100

tag: sell

Basic Overview of rules:

• Update your thread when something gets sold or is no longer available.
• No use of real currency, all trades/sales need to be using game mechanics.
• Make the title as descriptive as possible so people know what it is they are looking at.
• Please post a price in for [sell] deals. If you aren’t sure how much you want for it, give a range. Please avoid using “make an offer”.
• When posting a “want to buy”, include a price or price range that you are willing to pay for the item. This allows potential sellers to easily decide if they can sell the item to you.
• You cannot sell/trade something you do not have in your immediate possession.
• Be courteous when buying or selling, and use common sense.
• Post item condition (Item durability) and any images of the item/boat/town (if available). Be as descriptive as possible when posting an item for sale or trade.
• No thread-lowballing. If you think someones price is unreasonable or you want to make a lower offer, PM them.
• You must wait at least 24 hours before bumping up your thread.
• Absolutely no jokes in the Marketplace forum.
• No stolen items/ships etc.
• Moderators reserve the right (but has no obligation) to block any sellers/delete any of your listings without notice. who repeatedly fail to follow these rules.
