If that is how it comes out then I am sorry for that, our rules are to be followed no matter if staff is online or not.
The fact you showed evidence as you so call it does not change the matter of the punishment. Having an x-ray texture pack is considered against the rules. Since we cannot see when you last used it. We have nothing but your word for it and as a staff team we do not trust that of any player when it comes to these cases.
When it comes to your last point, that is not how the staff team works here on the server. You got the standard punishment for the rule breaking you did. The norm for this kind of rule breaking (deleting files during an staff investigation) is between 3 months to permanently. However for your case, I have asked other staff members and they agree with the punishment aswell as the denial of the appeal.

The appeal denial reflects the fact that you have used illegal modifications on the server before. Hence why you shall wait out your full ban length.

If the last comment got out as passive aggressive i am sorry for that, and was not how it was intended. It was meant for getting you to reflect over how behavior on the server have consequences.

Finally it isn’t unfair to close an appeal once it have been answered, that is the Protocol for us.
