Time the Claim owner has been offline: 1 year 5 months 20 days
Claim Size: 369×321=118449
Reason: Apparently empty claim covering entire island. I would like to settle/build a harbor on the island. All coves of the island are claimed.

#2:

Coordinates: 2433, 63, 4315
Claim owner: Havochron
Time the Claim owner has been offline: 1 year 5 months 23 days
Claim Size: 8×8=64
Reason: Empty Claim near where I built my initial claim.

CallieMav is one of the greatest staff members to ever walk the server.
Being an admin, I highly doubt you will get this claim removed. Especially because he would never claim something for no reason, and i’m sure you can find some evidence of this.

I was unaware that he was a staff member.
Anyone who has joined the server in the past year and a half wouldn’t have know that.

I’m sure that he intended to build an amazing base on a beautiful island.
I have no way to further examine the island for activity/builds. I can only see that the surface hasn’t been built on.
Since he has appeared to abandon to project, I would like to take it up.

I mean, if the space is mostly unused, I see no reason why the claim should not be removed.

Looks like its empty from the map, would need to check it out to make sure its not got a vault under it.

The last 5 or so people (usually new players, even a couple vets) that have asked for callies island has usually been told No. It’s a gorgeous island, and I’ll be honest, I’d hate to see it go to anyone who might just build boxes on it personally. Up to you though, gods.
