Claims Map, And Sea trees

It would be awesome if we could show claims on the map.
or even just a way to highlight all claims (above and below ground) as we sail along.
It’s hard to find large unclaimed areas to build big bases. The last thing I want to do is get started then find out someone has a 3×3 chunk underground hut that they visit twice a month.

It would also be awesome if there was a way to grow trees in ocean biomes because the land is mostly full.

Im pretty sure the insane amount of claims that exists cant be showed on the live map if thats what you mean, also the map is actually big so it shouldnt be hard to find the perfect spot, having said that i wish you the best of lucks finding that spot
