hello, ive been meaning to make this request for a long time

location : 5300 East & 200 South

some newbies made it a long time ago and its been abandoned for ages,

its currently owned by tobysf but he didnt know about it and hasnt expanded it,

tobysf has even admitted my claim was there long before this build, that his friends are long gone, that the claim has been abandoned for ages, and that its too close to my claim.

ive been meaning to make a request for a very long time, but my computer was stolen and i was locked out of my old account so i made a new one so i could make this request
