Reason: Although this is an Admin claim, it isn’t in use and was formerly owned by Network and Ketoh that Godsy pasted in.  I would like to take ownership of this claim due to its proximity to my island so that I may dock more of my ships here.  Additionally, i would maintain its’ current appearance as it is a very aesthetically pleasing build.  Godsy and I have talked about this previously as this island serves no purpose for the server in general, but I honestly forgot about it.
