Following the Halloween theme, lets give hell a makeover.
- New /warp nether spawn area & build (thanks to @JUSAPlayer1, I copied his build from the main overworld and tweaked it a bit)
- Re-created the protection at nether spawn to be PvP free.
- Re-created the protection at end spawn to be PvP free.
- /warp nether and /warp end are now free to use! This makes all warps unison, all warps will always be free now.
- Created admin claim over main island on end but with public trust, this should allow building and breaking, but prevent claiming the main island now!
- Re-generated main island at End
