[changelog] New feature! name claims for claimslist!

Small update, but before I forget.
- Added /nameclaim <namehere>.
  - This will name your claim to be displayed in /claimslist.
This is intended to hopefully figure out what claim is what in your /claimslist, this is its only purpose at present and is in itself its own separate plugin. If you wish for extra features and can program Java, message me on discord and we may be able to expand this organizational features for claims.

No limits, open to everyone, live now.

OMG – I love this! Thanks for the update !
I started naming all my claims… the OCD has kicked in. It will probably take until 2019 AD.
Is there away to have the name show up when checking with a stick ?

Also, found out spaces are allowed; so for instance ‘/claimname Whiskey Peak Dry Dock East Expansion’ works ! That’s awesome !
