change the recipe for crystals

i dont know the exact recipe it would be but if we changed the recipe for crystals to make them more expensive it would be a possibility to have them in combat again

or we could make them cheaper so people use them more as phantom deterants

They are back in combat as their damage was adjusted when I upgraded to 1.18.
