Hey, I want to build a big statue of my skin with concrete.

I’m going to copy the statue from an image of my skin but does anyone know how i could put grid lines onto my skin? Like you know when you’re doing pixel art on google images and the images have grid lines on them so you know how many blocks and where to place blocks. How could I get those grid lines for an image of my skin so I could build this big statue accurately.
