IM SAD. i lost playtime. i ranked up to Sailor, (even though i already lost 12 hrs of playtime already) BUT I REACHED A DAY AFTER IT WAS RESET. And then… IT RESET EXACT WHEN I HIT A DAY!? HOW DO I HAVE CADET WITH 30 MINUTES!?

Hi I’m NoSoulz, I got this little problem of the playtime restarting twice. Today I got in but this time every stats got lost and some of them like kills have “metadata” in it. I’m would rankup three or four days ago but I’m still at the beginning. Can this issue be fixed please?

I Have updated a lot via discord, a TON of people here reported the wrong issue (when the plugin looses connection to the server and shows 0 for everything) so this thread has been polluted and I no longer know who needs their stats doing. A ton of people would have logged on 24 hours later and would be fine. A bunch have had their stats already done via discord.

If you still need your stats doing, please do send me an updated ESC > Statistics screenshot on here, or even better find me on /discord or http://discord.piratemc.com/ I seem to get them done much faster. Since nobody has updated their post once I have completed it, its impossible to go back through this entire thread. I highly suggest you message me on discord, it will be much easier.

ok post it here and then i wil try to post it on discord too.

on 11-06-2017 i had 173 days of playtime. The next day i check my /stats and i had one day of playtime so some where in between it went wrong got reset idk. I put the screenshot in here too to see it. (sorry for my english:/)

Press the escape button and click the statistics button, screenshot that page, NOT /stats. Again better in discord.

Again the same as MrMehHehHeh, please press escape and click on statistics and screenshot that page. and send it to me on discord.

The 12th of February is probably good too, do the 12th of February. Although this might be too far back. I have been playing a lot since it happened so I probably should have about 6 or 8 days of playtime

Hi again,

All my stats have been put back to normal apart from my playtime which is meant to be around 61 days.

Not sure what date would be a good one to go back to for the stats but anytime in April would probably work fine.

Don’t know where the days went but I hit 30 days on esc>statistics but not /rank, probably lost them a while ago and didn’t notice so its cool if it cant be fixed. I’m close to the next rank anyway

To whom it may concern,

I’m not sure when it happened, but my playtime got reset. I looked at the esc stats and it says I have 20ish days of play but /rank says its just over two. I was wondering if there’s anyway this can be fixed but if not I’ll live.

Hi! I’m Memestealer420, and my playtime was reset. I haven’t played in a long time, so I have no idea when it was reset, but I just got on today and saw that it reset. I played for six hours after that.

I’m pretty sure it was 3 days and 13 hours before it got reset.
