Overview Description of Report
Me (MrDarkGuard) and my friend (ibraakh) claimed an area (Coords: 2186, 85, 3405) of 1000 claimblocks. My friend(ibraakh) was the owner of the claim, and I had admin perms on it. The claim was removed by Bazurka at the request of ItsCrazyDave/Ty Prez. For reasons which I have included in the Detailed Information, I think that Bazurka unjustly removed the claim.

Detailed Information

These are the reasons why I believe that the claim removal was not warranted:

Summary: The claim did not meet player inactivity requirements, and the claim was in use.

The original owner of the claim, ibraakh, had only been inactive for 2 months, and me, MrDarkGuard, had only been inactive for a month at most. For what I have seen in the past, 2 months is very far away from how long a player must be inactive in order for a claim to be removed, never mind the fact that I was semi-active and had admin perms.

Furthermore, the claim in question had a large building in it, proving it is not an empty area that was claimed to just mess around in, and that it served a purpose.

I believe that the claim was removed because it was in disputed territory, and Bazurka removed it to stop tensions between his crew, BE, and a rival. This point is not very important, but I thought it would be good to mention.

For these reasons, I think that this claim was unjustly removed. All I would like is the claim either returned back to ibraakh or to MrDarkGuard.

What was the distance from your claim to ItsCrazyDaves? How large is Crazys claim and how much older is it/ what kind of buildings are there?

The claim in question did/does have a half-done building on it, nothing underground . ItsCrazyDave told me that you have helped the owner working on the building and told ItsCrazyDave to take ownership of the build as the claim owner had gone inactive ( Cadet, 2 month offline ) .

True, the 2 month was a bit below the recommended guideline . I was not aware of any territory disputes there, am not even sure what other crew you are talking about. I pledge to be more throughout with my claim owner investigations and not take anyone word for anything in-game. The claim has been transferred into an admin claim by me. Hit up any admin online to get it removed and then claim it.

I will leave this thread open for another admin to close.
