Banned for hacked client and afk fish farm?

Hey Squid, Heres the deal.
First the afk fish farm isnt allowed and if that was the only issue then youre normally just told to remove it on the first offence or maybe a warning.
When I was called in to check you out for the afk fish farm I asked you in chat to send me an f3 screen. I knew you were afk but sometimes people are still at there laptop and just grinding. I got no answer so I pulled my sword and gave you a whack.
As an admin I have tools to help in admin duties. Not only could I not move you, you took absolutely 0 damage when hit with my god sword or god bow. Both do heavy damage to a player in iron.
They only way thats possible is a hacked client or forge mod neither are permitted and are perm bans.
I will stand by my judgement on this personally as I know what I witnessed but your appeal will be looked at by all staff so we can discuss it and decide how to respond to the appeal.
Its extremely unfortunate and sad as you were a nice guy from what I could tell and been on here long enough to rank to carpenter.
The problem with the ping theory is that I just went and watched the video replay of the time in question. I have an auto game recorder that pops on as soon as I log on. I was there for 9 mins total.
They usually later crash but due to you banning him before he could respond or just crash i guess we’ll never know.
Kirn, Im not sure why you feel the need to be a smart ass to me with your little jabs like the one above and this one “He cant hear you he’s afk” in game. It’s uncalled for and not appreciated.
I never say things I dont have a reason to say. You can see from the post above I was saying that in main chat to give him a chance to respond if he was just grinding at the computer and watching tv or something.
So I was there personally 9 mins, + how ever long the other staff member was investigating before I got involved, + how long it took the staff member to notice he was afk, with no crash and for the 9 mins I was there his character used the fish farm no problems, catching stuff the whole time, and not taking damage from any weapon.
At this time this appeal is denied and the ban will stand. You can re-appeal in 6 months.
I cannot believe this, what a poorly run server, I never used hacks and me lagging is NO REASON TO BAN ME I do not care if I get unbanned this server is run by apes. >:(
LOL poorly run server because we are getting rid of cheating players? Oh no! how poorly run! Everything is logged, you wasn’t “lagging”. I guarantee you, lying on your unban appeal wont get you unbanned! See ya pal!
