Backdated some player stats 24 hours

A few of our databases that store stats got corrupted in the last few days, resulting in no playtime stats being saved in the last 24 hours, all blocks and kills etc were still recorded.

I had to do some emergency repairs earlier on in the day, resulting in about an hours downtime and restoring the player statistics database to the previous days data.

A few of us have noticed our playtime stats from /rank seem have been completely reset to zero. We checked /rank about two hours after the June 27th AM server reset. My total playtime was shown as being 3 hours, while lazydog11’s was shown as being 12 hours. Could this be related to the database corruption?

HELP!!! i whas nearly Boatswain 🙂 just 3 more days to play …. and now when i do /rank i it said i have played for 12 hours …. i whas happy but now sad..do i have to play for the 30 days again or do i get it back later…???

Yes, The corruption happened again at some point last night when I was asleep.

at 12:00 GMT today when the server was scheduled to restart, I repaired the tables and moved them to a new database structure type to hopefully avoid this issue in the future.

I didn’t get effected by this one, but it happened when I first joined the server for the first 2 days more than a week ago.

@MCMonkeyGMx No its only happened these 2 times, you are mistaken. It either happens globally taking down everything, or not at all.

It happened when I logged off for the first time, and when I went back on the next day, I typed /rank and it said that I played 0 h 0 mins and 32 secs.

This post that I posted on this post about something is probably useles information.............

Are you sure this wasnt on June 26th?

Monkey, if you were in different dimensions at the times, then it would make sense if you were viewing playtime, that they were different.
