Most of you on the server won’t remember me, I was once known as Adzybaba, later AdzOYS, problem is, completely lost access to that minecraft account, I think I was too late on the migration thing and it’s impossible for me to access it, so I created another account under the name CaptRobertAdams
Obviously the server forbids the use of alt accounts so when I revealed it was an alt on the server it wasn’t long before I got banned. Then again, I was probably trolling. And I was probably, a massive douche.
Being completely open and honest I used to do some not so great things in my personal life that would leave me in let’s say an “altered state of mind”. I won’t go into detail but you can probably guess the sort of things I got up to.
Trolling would be a way I overcame boredom whilst i was in that state, being a douche, winding people up. Now I’m in a position where I’d love to be able to just hop on my favourite minecraft server since being a kid and do some old school pirating but because of my own actions, that’s not available to me. And it kinda sucks. One of the rough things about cleaning up your act is the things you’ve lost whilst you were down and out, in my case, my favourite server to play on since I was a kid.
I don’t expect forgiveness, I know this probably comes off a little sad to be honest, I just miss being able to get on and sail a ship and what have you
So this is my rather pathetic plea that I humbly extend to you, if the CaptRobertAdams account can be unbanned. I’m in a very different (sober) place in my personal life now, had therapy, had all sorts of stuff I had to address as to why I acted certain ways, including being a little bit of a troll. I was toxic in every aspect of my life and ultimately only ever hurt myself. I fixed a lot of things in my personal life and fixed up myself as a person.
I do understand however if this can’t be undone, so I’d like to extend an apology regardless to those I may have caused distress in my rather troubled youth, on this server and elsewhere I wasn’t a great person, I’ve changed now. Though it’s probably too late for a bit of minecraft pirating, it’d be a nice way to blow off steam now I’ve got a full time job and all the fun grown up responsibilities.
Long story short kids, don’t do you know what and if you’ve got issues, go get them sorted, no shame in getting the help you need before you blow it. A pirate minecraft server was one of the least significant losses I’ve incurred over the years, it’s a long process to building yourself back up after you’ve completely burned yourself down.
So yeah, if the only account I have access to CaptRobertAdams can be unbanned, I’d appreciate it a lot. If not, thanks for all the memories. The old schoolers, TimHuisman, Reaper, CrazyPirate. And even you, Javainvader. Thanks for everything.
