Support tickets are sent to the moderation and administration team directly as a ticket, these are not public and between you and the moderation & administration team.
You can view your existing tickets from the support page.
Before you submit a ticket

- Request community support in our Forums.
If none of these resources resolves your issue please create a ticket to request support from staff and be patient for a reply.
Replies can take multiple days, please do not be impatient or rude.
