Literally no other client other than vanilla or optifine is permitted. It seems a staff member made the judgment you were cheating somehow when mining. I’m not a staff member but I can at least reiterate the rules here; and that is NO client’s other than optifine or vanilla allowed, including texture packs that give a player an advantage over others.
