Hmmmm yeah i suppose that would be good although i personally like the survival aspect of having diseases especially due to these pirate times.

I used to play this pluggin on another server (a minecraft/real life/earth).

It drastically changed the experience for the better and brought a new unheard aspect of minecraft to the server.
