This does not sound like chat spam at all, as the chat command delay is 1 second.

I assume you are talking about the Crew plugins ally request, That I initially read wrong and thought you wanted the wait time lowered! you want it the other way around, you want the request time extended correct? I haven’t actually touched the defaults, but your 10 mins does add up to this I found in the config (its in seconds) 600 seconds is 10 mins, 120 seconds is 2 mins.

So they can ask every 2 mins, I dont understand the max asks per request though? does this mean its capped at 10 mins? so they can constantly spam asking for 2 mins? or every 2 mins?
