Or are the outlaws losing their power? 🙂  100 blocks is quite far, I can’t even see a fort within the vicinity of your base.

/crew sethome is a power reserved to about 4-5 people within the BE, and so in order for a crewsethome to be set, they have to get to browe’s base (by tping to him) and then place down the sethome. Bearing in mind, it is a rare occurrence that both will be on and willing to raid at the same time, I think you’re exaggerating.
