Hello everyone,

So, it has been about 6 months since my ban. I would have appealed much sooner, but I thought I needed a break anyways. I had been very actively playing the server for about 2 months, and it was starting to wear on me. So, after taking break from Minecraft, I have decided it is time I make my appeal. Here it is:

So, the reason for my perm ban is that I had been sending/receiving inappropriate pictures with someone I had met in-game. I would like to explain why this was reported on me and what actually happened. Basically, I did something that very much annoyed a certain banned player (I’m not going to make their name public), so they decided to try to find dirt on me and get me banned. This person found out some of what I had done in DMs with another player from PirateCraft, and reported me. They did falsify some of the information, which led to my perm ban. The first inaccurate thing that was said was that the player I was DMing was very young and below my age. This is false, as the person was actually my age as well  (15). The second false bit of information was that we exchanged personal pictures. We actually did not send pictures of ourselves, but rather random explicit photos we found on the internet. (I feel like these 2 misconceptions are what heavily contributed to my ban, so that is why I tried to clarify it for you.)

I know what I did was wrong, regardless of the lies that were added to it. Sending anything of illicit/explicit nature online (especially to someone you meet in a game), it a stupid and terrible decision. I have come to the realization that being honorable and respectful in your actions and decisions is the best way to enjoy the internet and have a great time playing games with your friends. I would like to ask that I may be unbanned from PirateCraft because I wish to again enjoy the great experience the server has to offer. Thank you

Unban Appeal

I was new to the server and decided to temporarily use an xray to get some ores to start out. the fact that I was banned is entirely justified, however I ask for a second chance.Unban Appeal:

My only request is that my ban be changed to a temporary ban. I assure you that another bannable offence will not occur now that I know how strongly this type of action is  looked down upon.

sigh where to begin. Members of PirateCraft there are many times I am ashamed to be a part of this servers community and this is one such moment. The manner in which the members of the Crew (should be more like a gang) ROME have conducted themselves is outright appalling. It is Disgusting. It makes me think about leaving this great server many times. They utter disregard for all that is good and decent is sickening. Even more so to see how they think these…these people can get away with such acts. Below you will see Greifing, Racism, Harassment, extremely sexual and disgusting chat and sword names, and such vile displays of character. So implore you staff to not let these people to get away with such acts. @Bazurka @sabrina (lazydog11) @Smokey River @vape @Taulov

Hello everyone. Nearly 3 months ago, I posted something horrible in the PirateCraft Discord. I had never had any punishments/mutes/warnings before this, and had been an active player for nearly 7 months. After spending a lot of time thinking about my terrible mistake, I have made some realizations and would like to say a few things:

1. Posting that image in the PMC discord was extremely horrible, moronic, and foolish. I wasn’t thinking properly when I did it, and would like to apologize to the staff member that was targeted in the image (and anyone else who could have been hurt by it). Basically, the image I posted was an image that depicted a certain staff member (I will keep their name anonymous) in a humiliating and disrespectful way. I wasn’t the creator of this image, though I take 100% responsibility for it. After posting it, I promptly deleted it, as I knew what I did wasn’t right. I would like to express my deep regret and ask for anyone who was personally affected to be able to forgive me. I realize how my actions could have severely hurt others, and that’s the last thing I would ever want. I am truly sorry.

2. Now, I know that my ban reason says “never coming back”, but I would like to ask if I could be shown mercy and be able to return to PirateCraft. During my time on PirateCraft, I got to make a lot of friends and just have a great time. I really have enjoyed this server, and would like to humbly ask for a second chance. Now, I do understand the severity of my actions. So, if I got unbanned, I do understand that I may need to face further punishments (mute, warning, etc).

I humbly ask the staff to forgive me for my actions, though I know I don’t deserve it. What I did was completely wrong, and incredibly immature. I have had time to reflect back on my decision, and I have committed to showing the more mature, well-behaved side of me. If unbanned, I hope to be able to go back to being the properly behaving and respectful player I once was. Thank you

Hello My name is Lars im going to try my best explaining this i am not native english. So today i tried to join your pirate server (wich looks so darn awesome) after i found it on planetminecraft. But unfortunately when i joined it said i was banned for the reason ‘language rasist’ wich confused me and when my girlfriend tried to join she was auto banned because she was considered an alt account from me.

My minecraft account coolbien was compromised a few years ago and was used as an alt for many people without me being aware of it because i havent played minecraft since 2015/2016 untill a few months ago i jumped back in because of pewdiepie and realised this so changed my password etc. Now it is 100% my account again.

I do not remember joining this server and making racist comments but i am not making an excuse there is always a chance i did join and make racist comments but i do not remember doing this tho. This might be because the ban happened a year ago (says the ban tracker on your site) it could also be someone who got my account from an alt site to do bad things on your server.

Anyways i apologise for this i am a very mature person and i do not encourage racist behaviour, i hope someone could look into this because i really want to sail on your server.

To start this appeal off, I would like to apologize to Decsain and Emiel for my former Discord PFP. I took it too far and shouldn’t have done that, and I realize now that it was wrong to do so. Even though I meant it merely as a joke, it could be taken a different way as it was, and resulted in someone interpreting much more seriously than I intended. I apologize to both of you, and anyone else that I may have offended with the profile picture. I do understand that during my time on the server I was quite toxic, and incited numerous arguments with both players and staff that were completely unnecessary, and a waste of time. I would like to apologize for this, and have you know that I have realized my mistakes. If allowed to return, I will tone down my toxicity considerably, and be more friendly and helpful to others. If I am unbanned, I am not asking those who I have rightfully angered and annoyed for a fresh start, but would like to try and fix the many friendships I have broken during my time of recklessness on the server.

Hi,

yesterday i played on this server using LabyMod, which i ONLY use for emojies and optifine and i got banned by this admin lazydog11.

I Was talking with her few minutes before getting banned, she asked me how was i using the emojies which i respond ”labymod”. Instead of telling me that it was forbidden so I could play on vanilla version, she stop talking to me without telling me nothing.

I understand that there’s rules but she could’ve tell me that it was fobidden, I could’ve just switch versions it’s not that hard!

I read the rules and I am now informed of what I can’t use and what I can.
