Unban Appeal
Recently I made an unban request and it was denied because i was short of the 6 months for xray players to be eligible for unban and i can’t re-type the unban request as it won’t allow me to make a duplicate post so if i’m allowed to be unbanned now thatd be great <3

A few months ago, I was a highly toxic player and i acknowledge that, i was rude to pretty much everyone and started fights whenever i could, I’d break rules, etc, but most of all i took PirateCraft for granted and i truly regret that, Ive been searching and searching and i cant find any server that gives even the slightest bit of joy that PC did, i very much do regret the things i did that led to me being banned and if I do get unbanned it’ll never, ever happen again
(Yes i just redid my other ban appeal now that its been 6 months since my ban)

*This started on the 11/7/17*
Everytime I join the server and kyshinnn is online, he will always say something along the lines of “___ emo” or “Emo__”. Kyshinnn is the mainly the only one to harrass me while I’m in game, but at other times he can get others to harass me the littlest bit.
Detailed Information
Kyshinnn has been harassing me for my username which is “BlackParadeSoul” when I joined the server he would come up with some names to call me, but then stop after a while. When I logged in yesterday, I was getting harassed by him a lot more often and he continued to get a few people involved. (Not reporting those people because they didn’t play a massive part and has stopped.) I have managed to gather a few screenshots of Kyshinnn harassing me. (I’m sorry for the msgs, I was copying what he was saying) Currently, He will only harass me when I join and leave me alone afterwards.Evidence
The issue is, in the past I have seen people who weren’t the victims or even involved at all start raising a stink in the chat with those doing the bad stuff but never actually do anything to help out and stop the bad things from continuing. If im getting mugged by a group of people and everyone’s just watching and telling the guys to stop, they arent going to and im still getting beat down and robbed. Im glad they called the cops and recorded some evidence on their cell phone but i still had to endure way more pain and suffering than if they would have stepped in and ran the guys off when they first saw it happening, then called the cops. If you feel bad enough for some one in trouble to report it, then sacrifice yourself to help them get out of trouble while they are experiencing it
Thats all I have been saying. Blu I 100% agree with this, however I did tell them to stop to begin with, I even msged an online staff member on the discord who was afk. I also consulted with the deckhand and advised him/her to make the report themself, however they did not. As for your quote, its a really good one but your claiming I should have taken action myself before making the report, which I did. Im not sure if your meaning to take the matters into my own hands and go into a 1v5 at the time and lose a godset however.
There is many different forms of action that a person can take to help a situation, and I feel this was the last hope at the time as I see this and the rules clearly state that this is a form of harassment and you have to realize you cannot save every situation ingame by just going to beating up on the other guy.

Perhaps next time Ill just pm godsdead since all forum reports turn out to be is a pile of garbage replies where people argue…
A endermite kicked my ass
I _Maiz_ am reporting the players SilentLeon_ Kyshinnn and DriftingSixGuns for harassment and spawnkilling of Galaxxii. My screenshots prove the fact that they killed this player multiple times and continued to die so the raiders could bait other players. (SEE SCREENSHOTS BELOW)
Now as a player I monitor the forums and have read MrBluBeardedYetis great forum reply on the horsaria harassment; however this was something that struck my gut personally. As PirateCraft players we have a right to raise an issue, so I am placing this here so staff may look at it because I do not think a new piratecraft player should be spawn-killed and harassed less than a day into playing on this server.
