Greetings, i’m sythodom and i’ve been banned for advertising.
How did i get here? While i was rallying up my fellow citizens & allies to teach them the basics of combat and how to defend yourself i said the IP of the server we were going to practice on and prepare for some inevitable and upcoming raids by romich and his crew and this got me muted for 1.5 hours, after i got muted i went on with my daily PMC business i built some stuff, killed some raiders and last but not least admitted by mistake in alliance chat and promised to not say an IP next itme.
It was all fine and dandy and no rules were broken for the duration of the mute and afterwards but then i got permanently banned i was understandably upset and messaged bazurka asking him what just happened? He told me no admins with ban powers were there so i got banned few a hours later and then i furthermore explained the context and the story of what happened and he encouraged me to make an appeal a day after the incident.
Now PMC admins, i’d love to return to PMC and help my nation interms of the art of fighting and also build that cool roman villa i’ve always been wanting to build.
It was an honest mistake that didn’t hurt the server & the people in any way, and you also have my apologies i’m a fast learner of rules and i won’t do anythin’ like this again.

sigh where to begin. Members of PirateCraft there are many times I am ashamed to be a part of this servers community and this is one such moment. The manner in which the members of the Crew (should be more like a gang) ROME have conducted themselves is outright appalling. It is Disgusting. It makes me think about leaving this great server many times. They utter disregard for all that is good and decent is sickening. Even more so to see how they think these…these people can get away with such acts. Below you will see Greifing, Racism, Harassment, extremely sexual and disgusting chat and sword names, and such vile displays of character. So implore you staff to not let these people to get away with such acts. @Bazurka @sabrina (lazydog11) @Smokey River @vape @Taulov

Yeah this has been a huge problem lately with certain players. Ive seen just in the last few days Smokey and Vape mute the chat MANY times. Theres been alot of traffic on the server lately so these problems have been more frequent. It doesnt seem as its targeted towards players but targeted directly to staff . Staff has been pretty much on it though. This is off topic but Bazurka is goin crazy with banning new xrayers so good job to him! Vape and Smokey mentioned something cool tonight, its that we are allowed and invited to play this server by the owner. Do not come onto the server and start acting out. Alot of us spend most our day on this server and use it for PvPing, building, and even the community. Please respect that and dont type toxic messages in chat.

NITRO you are actually so stupid how about you just shut up becuase you dont know anything that is going on because you acted stupid enough to get perm banned. NONE of my homes are illegal. Bazurka can confirm this as he messaged me about it and I showed him wehre my closest homes where and they were ok. The screenshot is not fake your just trying to make it seem as if im the only one who says that which is false. you need to thing about this rationaly and just shut up because you know absolutely nothing since you cant even log on. All of your information you are getting is from other people so they should be the ones saying something if they have something to say

In what you just posted I was making fun of myself which is much different. second none of my homes were illegal. bazurka messaged me about it and i told him where my closest home was and he said it was good. Also using /back repeatedly to kill people isn’t illegal. I would just pick one off run away /back and then come back which isn’t against the rules

I already wrote an unban appeal 4 weeks ago, but i miscalculated myself, it was just 5 month. Today its been 6 months or even 1 full year beeing banned on PirateCraft. The first time i was banned because my brother used xray.(It was my fault to let him play on my computer. I accepted the punishment of 6 months). In summer this year I just played a couple days before getting cought again. I know the xray mod was still installed, but deactivated while playing online. The Problem is i cant prove that i didnt used it. I accepted again a punishment of 6 months.
Now its been 1 year that i was “playing” on the PirateCraft server …. and i totaly missed it. I think 1 year is enough to understand what i did wrong and i wont install xray again. (During that time I restored my computer to clean it up by dirty things like xray).
I realy hope you will give me another chance to be part of the PirateCraft Community.

Howdy! Melon, this is kind of what I’m talking about, you deny deny deny. You have in chat several times cussed me out and told me to kill myself, Bazurka was there for one of your ‘episodes’. I tell you I wanna be your friend and you flip out, you cuss and scream at me even when staff warns you that you’re going too far. The truth is, I don’t think you KNOW when too far is. And I understand killing a player you don’t like, I understand that sometimes I have instigated things but that doesn’t ignore the fact that for half a year now you’ve been screaming at me and what not. As for Emiel, you attacked his friends to get to him, there was a point where Atlanntaa could not leave her base due to you. It’s not just how you act towards me but to the community in general, you act like because you eventually changed the sword name after arguing with Bazurka for HOURS that its suddenly fine? You bring so much hate to the community and then say that you’ve changed, I would suggest that you take more time to reflect on what you did, its less then 24 hours since you received your permanent ban and you expect it to be removed? you cannot expect us to believe that in less then 24 hours you’ve changed. You are still going to be toxic. Don’t take this the wrong way but you seem to think that because someone spoke to you its okay to tell them to kill them self and that they’re crap and cuss them out? You don’t even consider how others view you, immature and arrogant. I brought up a few small instances out of MANY and that list would be too long to write. The fact that you think staff should unban you immediately after banning you is ridiculous. I think you should take a few months to think about your behavior towards Emiel, his friends, the staff, and I before you try appealing.

Aight, so what you just wrote pisses me off not gonna lie, but I’m going to stay calm. “Constantly harassing” “attacking daily”. I do not target emiel outside of killing him, and my profile picture was the first time anything happened besides me raiding him. I’ve killed emiel maybe four times, not counting my early days when I didn’t know him and just raided whoever. I’ve realized my mistake of setting it as my PFP and sincerely apologized. The “constantly harassing” part. Really Decsain. I mean honestly what the fuck. You get at me every opportunity you get in chat, this ain’t a one sided thing by any means. The fact I raid you and you don’t raid me doesn’t mean I’m harassing you and your completely innocent, you just don’t take to the pvp side of it. I admit, I’ve started numerous arguments with you and ftb in chat, but you’ve provoked them just as much. Onto the topic of the sword name, the sword was confiscated by bazurka because he said it was sending a message of going against staff decision by having it say “unban bloatedhippo”. I argued this as that was not the reason I used the sword, I used it as it was a joke, as when I told minister to name it unban bloatedhippo he named it “unabn boted hipow”. This was quite a while ago, and hadn’t had a problem with the sword before. I then renamed it to “Hippo’s Teeth” as it was no longer sending a message that goes against staff decision, which is why it was confiscated in the first place. Onto the fact where you say I’ve never apologized to either of you. No, I haven’t, I have no reason to. I have apologized for the PFP as I went too far with this and it was wrong to do so. I will not apologize for my previous actions on the server. Neither of you have been good to me, especially decsain. If you get butthurt after dying and want to start shit in chat, don’t go cry to staff about being harassed. You’ve been a complete asshole, not saying I’m any better, but I have plenty of reasons to do the things I do. The PFP took it too far, but I will stand for what I’ve done before. You start shit just as much as I do, you are not being “harassed” when you start the argument. I do not attack emiel through chat, as he doesn’t do much except the occasional snarky comment.
