I’m Anglus of New Albion, and I henceforth request an alliance with BE, my crew can provide BE with any requested genre of ship design at no, or little cost (I personally design ships and enjoy doing so), possibly along with ship materials as an additional service in the near future. I currently have a base and shipyard that has easy access to the major eastern sea, I’m not sure how useful that is to BE but I wanted to mention it anyway.
