Wiki registration Fixed!

The wiki seems to break more than anything else, It must have been broken for a while because the issue was the hosts end not installing Pear proeprly, thankfully Dmitriy G from tech support fixed the issue for me.
While I was at it, I updated mediawiki and all the plugins.
- Wiki software updated
- Wiki registration fixed
- Wiki Captcha replaced with one-click anti-bot system

Yeah you can use /wiki in game too.
I want to make it so /wiki pagename will output the full url of that wiki page to chat, and i want people to be able to paste URLS from internal websites, but the plugin blocking urls’s dousnt have a whitelist.
