Unban Appeal

Hello PirateMC staff. Recently I had discovered your server and begun to play on it. Once discovering the likeness to other faction servers I enjoyed, I quickly told several of my friends to join and play with me. I also told my brother (ItsSalmon) to join as well. Unbeknownst to me, my brother had installed a hacked client by the name of “Wurst.” I have all the proof in the world to insure his ban stays permanent, but I do not support my ban whatsoever. I was banned under the presumption that my account was being used as an alternate account to bypass his ban. I can understand the confusion considering the exact same IP and other evidence, and I believe if  I was in a similar situation, I would have acted the same as Lawzoneon did, but the ban I have received is for a breaking a rule I did not violate. Not once have I logged onto your server using a hacked client or with the intent to bypass a well deserved ban. Under one occasion I did message a player through the ItsSalmon account while my brother was playing on your server, but not with intent to break the rules. I saw a player I had talked to the day before via my account (sushiboys) and said “Yo (forgot the players name; maybe Ursuz), its me, Sushi!” I can understand how this evidence is incriminating but I am willing to provide any evidence you would like to help in the process of my unban appeal. I enjoy your server and would like to continue playing on it for many months to come. Please consider my request and let me know if there is anything I can do.
