When I first joined the server, I was banned for “using an alt account” but it was cleared up that I’ve never played on the server before, a total newbie here. I was just banned again for the same reason. Could it be that I’m using an older computer I got from my brother? Either way, if I could come back that would be awesome, I’m really liking the server, and want to keep playing here.

You might not be banned but actually whitelisted for the server.
