Well, Port Royal has been around for a log time now. And recently (within 6 months ago) it expanded to include some islands, and now Tims Indian settlement. So it struck me. Not many wish to join someone else’s town, but they want to create their own. Govern their own. But what if it could be part of a bigger group (yet to be named). So, if you have a settlement that wants to be part of a larger group, that may or may not end up being more powerful, then join! There are no real rules, other than your group icon needs a union jack in it. Sorta weird, but yeah, not much of a big deal. Then you just make friends. I don’t care who joins, but there is enough as it is, and if It could get larger, then cool. A towns have equal say no matter the size or membership time, and you can rule over it as you please. It could simply be a mud hut, with a group.
