Unable to build in specific places in a CLEARLY claimed shop?

Reason: Hello, this is a RENTED SHOP claim problem. My friend has purchased a shop and is ranked Sailor. However, in this shop there are random dirt blocks in our clearly purchased claim, as well as two brewing stands we are unable to take away. There is also a wall we clearly cannot break and/or put item frames or signs on the wall. My only request is for an Admin/Owner to take away these blocks, or make the claim bigger of the shop. Here are the images.

Well if I buy a shop claim I expect to have the building actually work in one piece though. Guess not.

Calmed down? If you couldn’t tell im German, so I am stereotyping my own land to say we tend to get extremely grumpy at times. However I already HAVE read that, though. It does not make sense at all that I cannot build on one side of the wall, but on the other side I am free to?

But, I am going to try to be nice. Please, whenever or if you can please make it so that the whole shop is build-able inside, and not weird specific areas. Thank you and sorry for my rude tone.

After a long, violent, brutal war..

The shop ended up being fixed by GodsDead and his Wiki tutorials. Praiseee!

Again, sorry for being rude about it. Was annoyed that the shape was shaped like my sexuality. (Questionable).

Almost scammed Gods aswell by trying to make two shops a price of $220 instead of $500.

(You win this time, Gods.)

Other than that, this problem is resolved.
