This was my first day on the server I skimmed over the rules and didn’t see anything prohibiting the use of Afk Pools, after further reading them in detail on the website this morning I do see it’s a sub point of rule 7. By no means does the excuse my action but it was not meant to purposeful disobey any rules. As for the auto-join I added it along side optifine because the server would randomly kick me while playing involving a java error so my useage of this mod was to combat the errors not to prohibit an intentional kick by a moderator. I didn’t use common sense and confirm with staff to insure using this mod was acceptable for that I apologize. My actions are not acceptable but they were made of ignorance on my first day and I hope that can be understood.

Everything I have done is wrong and I do not believe its was unjust for me to be punished my only goal in making this ban appeal is to explain my side of the story and attempt to reduce the time of this ban.I have only spent a few hours on this server but I can only hope to have the opportunity to continue spending time with the great community of PirateCraft. I apologize to the community for giving myself a unfair advantage on the server, and any other actions I have done to tarnish your experience on the server. I personally hold myself to standard not make the same mistake twice I can only hope that the staff of PirateCraft is willing to give me a second chance to improve the community as well as myself. I once again would like to thank the PirateCraft staff for looking for the best in people and giving me the chance to play again.
