i think ive come up with a solution to the /back abuse.

we all know this is going way to far, people getting killed and them just /back to get revenge. blah blah blah, we know this info.

and to what i see the vast majourity of this abuse is when players attack bases, they /back to get more kills/loot.

*in a mumbled voice* we all know this raven get to the point

*clears voice* hes my suggestion then, you cant use /back into someone else claim unless you have permission. its such a simple solution why has no one else suggested this yet.

during the whole abuse of .home to siege people when they logged on, the /home had to have permissions, so why not /back, that way if your attacking you get 1 inventory of loot, if your defending you only have to kill each attacker once.

that way the only real use for /back is what it was intended for, returning to PvE deaths, or for quick mining.

also second suggestion, no Tpa within 100 blocks of a claim of a player who is under siege, whether its the one thats being sieged or not,  im getting tired of seeing one person stand out side a sieged area and tpa’in the attackers in over and over.
